Drinking Water in the Morning

Most of us have heard that drinking about 7 to 8 glasses of water daily is important for health.

Traditional Ayurveda teaches that drinking two glasses of cool water in the morning after rising and waiting half to one hour before eating, has great therapeutic benefits. Water first thing, effectively kick starts the metabolism, activating liver, kidneys, lymph and bowels and rehydrating the brain (particularly important as we get older). It assists weight loss and is found to improve many conditions ranging from memory loss to cancer.

Why do We Need to Drink Water in the Morning?

70% of the human body content is water, and naturally the cleaner and clearer the internal body water is, the healthier tissues and organs are.  It makes sense that if one puts dirty and sediment filled water into the car radiator it will clog up.  Our body vehicle is no different.

The human brain cells contain about 80% of water so hydrating the brain improves memory and brain function.

75% of muscles are water. Blood and lymph are 80% water

Apart from drinking hot water with lemon and ginger, soup and vegetable It is also helpful to consume foods that contain lots of water; for example soups, vegetables and fruits.

What Are the Dangers of Not Drinking Enough Water?

Not drinking enough water can cause stiffness of joints, brain shrinkage and memory loss, dry, prematurely aging skin, hair loss, spinal disk problems, diabetes, insomnia, sinusitis etc.  Many diseases are directly related to not drinking enough water. Therefore one can avoid unnecessary and costly medical interventions by rehydrating your body.

In a book titled the Water Therapy and Chronic Dehydration, Batmanghelidj wrote “human beings seem to lose their sensation of thirst and the important need for water”. He continued by saying “not recognizing the need for water, humans gradually become chronically and increasingly dehydrated as they age”.

What Are the Benefit of Drinking Water in the Morning?

Drinking water as soon as you get up, i.e. before eating anything, is a good way to purify your internal system.

Among its most important benefits is colon cleansing, which enables better absorption of nutrients from various foods.  It stimulates haematopoiesis, better known as creation of “new blood”, which has immense healing and restorative effects.

1. Water first thing in morning helps eliminate pimples and makes the skin glow. Water is known to purge toxins from your blood, and as a result your skin glows.

2. It regenerates tissues and body fluids including blood.  The rate at which new muscle and blood cells are produced and renewed is speeded up. 

3. it stimulates the lymph system. Water first thing in the morning on a daily basis, activates your body’s lymph system thus helps clear infectious areas and also stimulates fluid metabolism. This aids the breakdown of cellulite and water retention, promoting weight loss.

4. it assists weight loss. Drinking 3 to 6 full glasses of water (chilled), boosts you’re body’s metabolism by over 20% thus helping you lose those extra pounds.

5. It purifies the colon. When you drink water after you have woken up before eating anything, you are cleansing your colon and making nutrient absorption more efficient. Bowel movements usually become more regular and complete.

6. It has been proven to cure or alleviate many illnesses and diseases. A Japanese medical society has discovered that water therapy cures many diseases. Many diseases are cured by drinking water first thing in the morning. Eg sinusitis, tonsillitis, post nasal drip, arthritis, fibromyalgia, gout, menstrual disorders, back pain, eye diseases, constipation, diarrhea, urinary disease, kidney disease, meningitis, TB, headaches and cancer, among others.

How to drink Water in the Morning for Best Results

 Drink up to 1.5 liters (3/6 glasses) of water immediately after waking up.

Avoid drinking or eating anything else for an hour before and after drinking the water. Avoid drinking beverages that contain alcohol the previous night.

 At first, you may find it difficult to drink more than 3 glasses of water at a go. However, it becomes easier as your body gradually becomes accustomed to the routine. When starting, you can slightly modify the routine as follows; consume 3 glasses of water, pause for about 2 minutes, then drink the remaining 1 more glass of water and build up daily.

Morning Water Treatment Method

The effectiveness of this therapy also depends on the quality of water you drink. Preferably use water which has been filtered or is known to be clean without additives.

 The moment you wake up, drink 3 or 4 glasses of water.

Clean/brush your teeth soon and don’t eat or drink anything.

After 45 minutes, you can take your breakfast.

After breakfast, take 2 hours before you drink or eat anything.

For people who are ill or old, taking 4 glasses of water at a go may prove difficult. Therefore, take water in small amounts until it adds up to 4 or more glasses daily.

 

BEST FOODS AGAINST CANCER

Different fruits and vegetables contain various combinations of phytonutrients, so to ensure that you are getting as many different protective compounds as possible, Eat 4 or five servings of vegetables and fruits per day. Go for variety, rather than focusing on just one or two of your favorites.

The MAIN VEGETABLE PHYTONUTRIENTS which have gained prominence to prevent or destroy cancer cells are:

 Cruciferous group, Alliums (garlic onion, leek family), Lycopenes (red vegetables and fruits) Quercitins (onions, leeks, garlic and some other vegetables and fruits), and Anthocyanins (seeded grapes, berries and many vegetables and fruits and their seeds and skins).

 FOCUS ON CRUCIFEROUS VEGETABLES IN PARTICULAR :Broccoli, broccoli rabe, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, collard greens, daikon, kale, kohlrabi, mustard greens, rutabagas, turnips, bok choy, arugula, horseradish, radishes, Swiss chard, wasabi (Japanese horseradish), watercress and cress

 EAT LOTS OF ALLIUM VEGETABLES:Onions, garlic, shallots, leeks, scallions, chives, ramps

EAT FOODS CONTAINING LYCOPENE:Tomatoes (and all tomato-based products including tomato sauce, paste, soup, and juice), watermelon, guava, pink grapefruit, red bell peppers

QUERCITIN IS IMPORTANT. BEST FOODS FOR QUERCETIN:Onions, kale, leeks, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, blueberries, black currants, elderberries, lingonberries, cocoa powder (unsweetened), apricots, apples with skin, grapes (red, purple, black), tomatoes, tea, green beans, lettuces, hot chili peppers, celery, chives, red cabbage, lemons, grapefruit

BEST FOODS FOR ANTHOCYANINS: Blackberries, black currants, blueberries, eggplant, elderberries, raspberries, cherries, boysenberries, grapes (red, black, purple), strawberries, plums, cranberries, rhubarb, red onions, red apples, peaches, cabbage (red, purple), red beets, blood oranges

BEST FOODS FOR ELLAGIC ACID: Raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, walnuts, pecans, cranberries, pomegranates, grapes (red, black, purple)

Other BEVERAGES, FOODS and SUPPLEMENTS are:

 Asparagus, mushrooms (particularly shitake and ‘tree ear mushrooms’ which are commonly eaten in China) but mushrooms in general. Also cabbage (sauerkraut), artichokes, tea (green tea is best), lemons (make a lemon pulp drink daily with ginger), grapeseeds, coconut oil and others.

GET ALKALINE (CANCER CELLS THRIVE IN ACIDITY) USE SODIUM BICARB

Bicarbonate of Soda (with added molasses) has been found to cure cancer (there are success stories on the internet) This is probably in part because it helps to make the body alkaline (alkalinity of body fluids is supremely important in cancer prevention and cure). Herbs which make the body alkaline and also have anti cancer properties are Devils Claw and Nettle Root.. Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (bleach) has also claimed many successes.

Avoid starchy vegetables, bread (use rye crackers with a little tahina sesame butter) - very little pasta, no sweets and chocolates and no biscuits or cakes

Tea contains compounds called catechins, which are thought to be able to stop the growth of cancer cells and help prevent cellular mutations that contribute to cancer development. In Japan, where tea is the preferred beverage, green-tea consumption has been shown to reduce the risk of stomach cancer among women. In China, green-tea drinkers were found to have a reduced risk of developing rectal and pancreatic cancers compared with non-tea drinkers. Regular tea drinkers have also been shown to be at lower risk for colon, breast, ovarian, prostate, and lung cancers. After analyzing tea’s chemical components, scientists have discovered that black tea, oolong tea, green tea, and white tea all seem to have value as cancer preventive agents, and each variety seems to protect against different types of mutagens.

TAKE BICARBONATE OF SODA (Pharmacy Grade) TWICE A DAY TO KEEP ALKALINE. ONE TEASPOON MIXED WITH HALF A TEASPOON OF MOLASSES IN A LITTLE WARM WATER *Read up about it online

LEMON MUSH
Lemon concentrate (made from whole lemons and other ingredients) is amazing plant-food and medicine.  It has profoundly cleansing power, CLEARING DEPOSITS AND PLAQUE from arteries throughout the body and the brain.
It is therefore good to prevent and aid ALTZHEIMERS.  It also has a
powerful ANTI-CANCER effect. It is also a great and simple recipe for
SLIMMING.
When combined with certain ingredients it is even more effective.

Take five medium to large size lemons (preferably organically grown)
Chop them all up.
Place two of the chopped lemons in a pot covering them with water and
add 3 full teaspoons of organic ginger powder or two fair sized ginger
roots.. Add two heaped teaspoons of cinnamon powder. If you have
liquorice powder then add one teaspoon. Add two desertspoons full of
Goji Berries.
Cook this mix together for 10 mins and turn off to allow to cool
Add this cooked mush into a blender with the remaining chopped lemons and add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Blend it all together to make a mush... Store some in the fridge for immediate use and some in the freezer for later.

Put two heaped teaspoons of the mush into a mug and make a drink by
adding hot water. You may sweeten it (but not too much) by adding some Stevia powder, pure maple syrup or honey. 
Optional addition: Buy MSM powder and add one level teaspoon of MSM to the mug if you wish. This is a natural and effective anit-inflammatory for joints and it also cleanses the colon wall of old impacted debris. It is also reputed to clean cholesterol plaque from the artery walls and thus improve brain micro-circulation and memory.

Drink once or twice a day.. You may chew on some cranberries with it as they help the body to become more alkaline.

You may do a one or two day a week fast drinking this with hot pure
unadulterated red grape juice. a few times a day It gives plenty of energy so food will not be missed.

 


 ARTERY CLEANSE WITH LEMON GARLIC GINGER AND MSM

POUR THE REST OF VINEGAR ALONG WITH THE LEMON, GARLIC AND GINGER JUICE INTO A POT (PREFERABLY EARTHENWARE OR PYREX AND NOT STEEL

SIMMER FOR HALF AN HOUR UNTIL HALF THE VINEGAR HAS BEEN BOILED AWAY

COOL IT DOWN

THEN ADD TWO TEASPOONFULS OF HONEY – DISSOLVE IT INTO THE LIQUID

 

DOSAGE

TAKE ONE TABLESPOONFUL OF THE LIQUID ½ HOUR BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR ONE FULL MONTH

 ALSO BUY MSM CAPSULES OR POWDER AND AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN ON THIS CLEANSE FOR 10DAYS - TAKE IT ALONG WITH EDTA - PREFERABLY BY IV (intra-venous admin) but may be taken orally.
